  • If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, store credit or a suitable resolution will be offered in line with our policies.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver island-wide within Sri Lanka.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2 - 7 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to promotions, holidays, weather conditions or courier delays.

  • Delivery fees apply to all shipped orders and are calculated at checkout.

  • Babybear Boutique Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by third party courier services.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Eligible returns will be provided as store credit or exchanges only.

8. Store Pickup

  • Store Pickup orders must be collected within the communicated timeframe.

  • Customers must present the order confirmation or relevant identification when collecting orders.

  • Uncollected orders may be cancelled according to internal policies.
