BABYBEAR – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Babybear, we want you to feel confident about every purchase you make for your little one. If you are not fully satisfied with an item, our team will be happy to assist you with the return or exchange process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Babybear offers a 7 day return or exchange window for items purchased through our website or stores.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and unwashed.

Items must be in their original packaging with tags intact.

Items must be free from stains, marks or damage.

Items must not carry strong odors such as smoke, perfume or detergent.

Products must be returned in resalable condition.
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Feeding & Oral Use Items: Bottles, teats, pacifiers, teethers, breast pumps and any items intended for feeding or oral use.

Personal Care & Hygiene Products: Diapers, baby wipes, toothbrushes, toothpastes, and all hygiene and skincare products once opened.

Undergarments & Intimate Wear: This includes babywear and maternity wear such as inner garments and any items worn in direct contact with the body.

Sterilized / Medical Items: Any products that are sterilized, health related or intended for medical or sanitary use.

Custom made & pre ordered items: Any items that are made to order, customized or specially pre ordered (including furniture such as cribs, changing tables etc.)
We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us maintain the highest standards of safety and care for all our customers.
Babybear reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once returned items are inspected and approved, Babybear will issue a store credit to the email associated with the order.
Please note:

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Store credits must be used in a single transaction and any remaining balance will not carry forward.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping
Returns for online orders within Sri Lanka can be arranged through our designated courier partner.
If an exchange is requested due to a customer error (such as selecting the wrong product, size, or model), the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges.
If the exchange is required due to an error on Babybear’s part (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Babybear will cover the delivery costs for the exchange.

In Store Purchases
Items purchased from a Babybear store can only be exchanged at the same location where the purchase was made.
Please ensure the item meets all return conditions before visiting the store.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted price are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Gift Purchases
If you received a Babybear product as a gift, exchanges may be requested for any item, subject to availability.
We may require the original purchaser’s details to verify the order.
Please note that refunds or store credits cannot be issued for gift items.
