We currently deliver island-wide within Sri Lanka.

Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery times may be extended during promotions, public holidays, weekends, travel restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.

  • While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a third party courier tracking number (when applicable).

Delivery Fees

  • A delivery fee applies to all orders shipped within Sri Lanka.

  • Delivery charges vary depending on your shipping address and start from Rs. 400

  • To ensure accurate shipping rates:

  • Please enter the correct city name with no spelling errors.

  • Use the nearest major city instead of smaller towns where possible
    (Example: Enter “Matara” instead of “Akuressa”)

Store Pickup

For your convenience, you may place an order online and collect it from one of our stores.

  • Store Pickup orders will be ready within 4 hours during business hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends will be ready for pickup on Monday after 12:00 PM.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

  • Online payment is required before collecting your order.

Changing Delivery Address or Shipping Method

If you need to change your delivery address or shipping method:

  • Contact us immediately at sales@babybear.lk or +94 112 198 074.

  • We will try our best to accommodate the request before the order is processed.

  • Due to quick dispatch timelines, changes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Any additional delivery charges resulting from changes must be paid by the customer.

Store Pickup ↔ Delivery Changes

  • Store Pickup to Delivery:

  • Delivery fees will apply.

  • Charges must be paid online, and standard shipping rates will apply.

  • Delivery to Store Pickup:

  • Previously paid delivery fees will not be refunded as cash or store credit.
