Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange.

Please note:

We do not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange only.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received

• Have original tags attached

• Be returned in original packaging

• Include the receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first:

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Courier charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchange Timeframe

• Once your return request is approved, you have 7 days from the delivery date to send the item back.

• Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• A defective product

• An incorrect item

In these cases, Babybear will arrange courier pickup free of charge after evaluation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care items (including baby care products, creams, and lotions)

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchange Options

1. Online Exchange

• Send the item back to our warehouse via courier (customer bears courier cost)

• The replacement item will be released only after we receive the original item

• After quality inspection, we will issue store credit as a discount code

• The code can be used for a new purchase and is valid for a limited time

2. In-Store Exchange

You may exchange your online purchase at one of our physical stores.

Steps:

1. Contact our online team via email or phone to request an in-store exchange

2. Receive an exchange confirmation email/ text message

3. Visit the store within 7 days of confirmation

4. Present the confirmation email/ text message at the store

5. Item will be inspected by retail staff before approval
